Healthy Choices by Elizabeth


Hey St. Mary's,
Here are some tips on how to have a healthy lifestyle this Winter/Spring season:

·    Choose fruits instead of cookies for a sweet treat.

·    Drink approximately 8 cups of water per day.

·    Play outside for at least 60 minutes a day.

·    Get a minimum of 9 hours of sleep a night

·    Wash your hands with soap and warm water after you use to the restroom, before you eat or prepare food, before and after you touch your eyes or nose, after you play outside, and after you play with animals.

  1. I think you captured many of the important ways to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. We want to also be stewards of our own bodies and these are great ways to help accomplish that. Thanks Elizabeth!
